Shelyn is right. ALL your examples prove that you must pray in private, be it alone, or in a congregation of fellowship, none of which is in public.  A mountain top, synagogue, temple, open field of followers, ALL are okay. Any public area is off limits when there are other secular people in that same environment. *You can reserve a public space exclusively for the purpose of fellowship and prayer with no problems. That way, a secularist would know what to expect and go elsewhere. Be respectful.
